Senator Morgan Calls For Bi-partisan Commission On Funding Tertiary Education

Government Senator Robert Morgan is calling for a bi-partisan commission to secure tertiary education funding for the next half century.

He’s also suggesting an incentive for young Jamaicans opting to work in critical arms of public service.

He says this may also be a way of thwarting the continued brain drain.
