BRIANNA WILLIAMS NAMED ON JAMAICA’S TEAM TO THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

The JAAA has released its list of athlete to represent the country at the upcoming World Championships and it features Brianna Williams.

Williams, who is the Under-20 World double sprint champion, is currently facing an investigation for a doping violation.

Her hearing is set to run from September 23-25, just 2 days before the championships start in Doha, Qatar.

The list also features Elaine Thompson, Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce, while the male list is headed by Olympic silver medalist Yohan Blake.
